Feng Shui Consultation

Classical methods. Results-oriented outcomes.

Every audit draws on Classical Feng Shui — San Yuan, San He, Ba Zhai, and Xuan Kong — matched to the property and the goal in front of you.

Residential

For the home you live in

Existing Home Audit

A comprehensive analysis considering the birth details of every resident — environment, building design, directional influences, and time cycles — with recommendations to support family harmony, health, or career success.

Pre-Purchase Property Assessment

Before you buy, we evaluate a property’s Qi using Xuan Kong methods — its likely impact on career, health, harmony, or academic success — so you know whether it supports your goals.

Pre-Building Assessment

Get it right from the design phase: recommendations on key placements — main door, kitchen, master bedroom — and optimal move-in timing.

A tailored audit turns your home into a sanctuary of harmony and opportunity — strengthening relationships, supporting health and academic success, and fostering long-term prosperity for Malaysia’s diverse households.

Commercial & Industrial

For the business you run

Shops & Shop-Houses

Door placement, client traffic flow, and cash-register or manager’s-office position — aligned to your goals using Xuan Kong principles.

Corporate Offices

Positioning key staff and aligning office energy with your company’s mission, assessed against annual Qi influences.

Shopping Malls & Retail

Optimising Qi flow through entrances, exits, anchor shops, and management offices to boost visitor traffic and retail prosperity.

Health & Educational Institutions

Careful energy distribution across environmental structures and landscapes, safeguarding occupants’ health and success.

Factories & Industrial Plants

Positioning critical machinery and managerial offices to unite workers and lift production efficiency.

Restaurants & Cafes

Strategic placement of entrances, counters, kitchens, and stoves, aligned with the life energies of the owner and key staff.

A tailored audit attracts prosperity, sharpens operational efficiency, and builds a harmonious workplace — a strategic edge in Malaysia’s competitive market, whatever you run.

Beyond a full audit

Property, land & timing consultations

Property Selection

Comparing the Feng Shui potential of several properties — environmental forms, directional energies, goal alignment — so you can choose with confidence, without a full audit.

Land Selection

Before buying land, we assess its energy using San He and San Yuan’s Dragon-Gate Eight Formation methods, with remedies for less-ideal sites.

Mixed Development

The Feng Shui behind thriving estates: optimising road placement (read as water flow) and building orientation with Xuan Kong and Dragon-Gate Eight Formations.

Annual Assessment

Environmental Qi shifts every year. This consultation flags the coming year’s opportunities and risks for your home or business, with remedies to match.

Feng Shui — FAQ

How can Feng Shui benefit me?

Success comes when preparation meets opportunity. Feng Shui is a strategic advantage long favoured by high achievers — it amplifies effort by channelling positive environmental energy, and helps you steer clear of the energies working against you.

  • Business growth and investment opportunities
  • Career advancement and professional fulfilment
  • Relationships and social connections
  • Physical and mental health
  • Overall wellbeing and harmony

A modern example. Serena, a 38-year-old startup founder, struggled with inconsistent client acquisition and work-from-home burnout. Her consultation found her home office sat in a sector of stagnant Qi. Repositioning her desk to face her prosperity direction, adding a small water feature, and decluttering the space changed things within months — she secured two major clients, felt more energised, and found a healthier work-life balance.

Signs of imbalanced Feng Shui

Recurring health problems or fatigue

Persistent missed opportunities or bad luck

Stalled career growth or job dissatisfaction

Tense or strained relationships

Financial instability or unexpected losses

Ongoing obstacles in business ventures

What Feng Shui is not

A magical or religious practice

A shortcut to instant wealth or success

Simply rearranging furniture or landscaping

Choosing specific colours for outfits or decor

Relying on lucky numbers, crystals, or charms

Decorative trends or specific aquarium setups

Protective objects like talismans or mirrors

Destiny and the Three Pillars of Luck

Where Feng Shui actually fits

Heaven Luck

Your life chart — revealing your innate strengths and potential.

Earth Luck

Your environment, shaped by Feng Shui — influencing roughly one-third of your destiny.

Human Luck

Your actions, decisions, and free will.

Feng Shui focuses on Earth Luck — optimising the energy of your living or working space to support the third of your destiny you can actually shape.

Practical questions

Before you book

How long does a Feng Shui audit take?

A Full Audit involves a personal site survey lasting several hours, not a quick walk-through. The visit covers the external landform and surrounding structures, the internal layout, and the placement of entrances, bedrooms or offices, kitchens and key working areas. Recommendations follow after the chart work is complete, not on the spot.

What do you need from me before the audit?

The property’s floor plan and address, and the birth details of everyone who lives or works there — residents for a home, key stakeholders for a business. The birth data matters because the audit aligns the property’s energy with the specific people using it, not with the building in isolation.

Will I have to renovate or buy things?

Usually not. Most recommendations concern placement and direction — where a desk faces, where an entrance draws from, which rooms suit which purpose. Feng Shui is not about lucky colours, crystals, charms or aquariums, and a consultation that leans on those is not doing the work.

Where a structural change genuinely helps, you will be told what it is and why, and the timing of carrying it out matters as much as the change itself.

Can you assess a property before I buy it?

Yes — that is the Pre-Purchase Property Assessment, and it is the cheapest point at which Feng Shui can help you. It evaluates the property’s Qi using Xuan Kong methods and its likely effect on career, health, harmony or academic success, so you know before committing whether it supports what you are trying to do.

There is also a Pre-Building Assessment for those still at the design stage, covering main door, kitchen and master bedroom placement.

Do you travel outside Kuala Lumpur?

Yes. Consultations have been carried out across 14 countries, from Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan and Hong Kong to Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. For sites outside the Klang Valley, travel and accommodation are billed separately from the consultation fee.

How soon will I notice a difference?

It varies, and anyone giving you a fixed timeframe is guessing. In practice some clients see movement within a week; for others it takes three months or longer. Much of it depends on the property itself, the timing of the changes, and what you do with the recommendations once you have them.

How far ahead should I book?
